By using Tempo, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, that's totally fine - just don't use the app. No hard feelings.

### What you can do

Tempo is yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. It's free, and it's meant to help you understand your listening habits.

- **The license:** You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Tempo for yourself.
- **What not to do:** Don't copy, reverse engineer, or modify the app to republish as your own. Tempo is source-available so you can look at the code.
